I've spent nearly two decades in the real estate industry as an agent, brokerage owner, recruiter, marketing specialist, trainer and entrepreneur.

Much of my career has centered around one question: how do we give real estate and mortgage professionals better systems to grow their businesses?

What Matters to Me

I love building businesses, systems and training that make complicated things simpler. Most of my career has centered around helping real estate professionals grow — and I especially love turning ideas into practical tools people can actually use.

My basic life and business philosophy can be summed up here:

-Help someone grow.

-Become useful.

-Build trust.

-Let business emerge from the relationship.

And, of couse, life isn't all business. I'm married to my favorite partner-in-crime, Paul, and we're kept company by Seradog, our quirky almost 14 year-old dog who is not above stomping her foot to get her way. 💜 I love quiet places, little adventures, building things, learning things and laughing a lot.
